To whom this may concern
i have as per below an email send to vodacom with regards to me been unhappy with my cellphone, they have know decided to do a software upgrade with a brush off explanation from Bonnie Likuwane who is a senior consultant as there was no supervisor or manager on duty saying no faults was picked up on the handset, that is pathetic as there were so many problems.
My phone keeps freezing so i have to pull the battery to make the phones keypad work again, the battery heats up then iv got to pull the battery as well to cool off, my calls just go to voicemail but my phone is currently on, i pay a high phone bill every month for this brush off response, i mean really would i waste my time to book this phone in for no reason.
vodacom service is really the worst iv ever experienced.
I am asking hellopeter to assist please as iv heard only good stuff about you guys,
