Unethical Hidden Costs

I was billed R2400 this month, I have sent out a complaint and all I was told was that the amount is correct. Please explain to me how the charging a client R2400 is by any means normal?

I moved house 2 months ago, I cancelled the old line the day of the move. The new line was installed by Telkom at no charge and ADSL was activated by Telkom. I swapped my mweb subscription over to the new line the day of the move and then requested I move to the all inclusive package so that mweb take over my telkom line rental. Telkom billed me last month and this month for line rental at both the old and new property.

Now please explain to me how the mweb see it fit to rip 2 grand out of my account? Some dim wit also with my line speed when going through the migration and I sat a full week with a 1Mbps line thanks to mweb's genius!

I am just one step away from taking this to my attorneys and trust me this type of is right down their alley. Sort this out, I want an explanation for the ambiguous charges on my account and someone with a brain to refund the amount from me.
