Over December 2012 into January 2013 we had no ADSL from Mweb. This was apparently due to a Telkom line fault - but that is not my issue as I have signed my line over to Mweb. They acknowledged the fault and someone in the Cape Town office said they would refund me or not charge me for 3 weeks of no ADSL. But at the end of the month I was billed the full monthly amount with no discount in sight.
