Admin erro

I have a pre paid 8ta number that I have ported from Vodacom since 8ta just started -3 years. I phoned the call centre to report a problem on my data. The lady said that the ID number that they have is not mine and they cant help me because im not the owner of the number!! I have this number for 7 years!! They made a admin mistake not me.
