I requested that the telkom line be transfer back to Telkom as I do not work anymore but WA refuses and says that I should pay the required amount first before they can transfer the line back. I'm unable to pay them back at this moment as I am still seeking employment. I contacted Telkom and they said they would gladly put my line on prepaid for the moment until I am able to work again. But WA refuses to give back the DSL line to Telkom so that they can convert the line. Now I have overdue accounts from Telkom because they charge for the PSTN line which I am not even using now. So can you please sort this out ASAP!
