From Trouble to Nightmare

Last week I wrote about my billing troubles with MTN on my new contract REQ:1941351 and I was told that "According to our records a credit has been passed for the BIS service fees".. I was also told that the debit that came off at the ed of Feb was for the 20-01-2013 since my account runs a month in areas. On the 29th, R237.68 was debited on my account. My new contract is R129 a month and my old contract was R179 a month. In Feb R198 was debited on my account and this time is R237. Non of these amounts are correct and what happened to the credit for BIS service fee? Seriously this time I'm beyond! If this is not sorted out by the end of the day tomorrow and my money is not back to my BANK account, not MTN account, I'm going for litigation and I'm cancelling this contract.
