I had a 2 year contract with MTN and did not renew it when it expired in January. i cancelled my MTN contract sometime in jan, i went to cancel it at the Menlyn Branch. I was assured by the consiltants who helped me that they send the email to the people who deal with cancellation, moreover the contract was not cancelled.i received 200 airtime in february and month end i left them deduct their monthly fee which is R237.i called 808 to rectify this and i was told that, this time my contract is cancelled. This month i was convinced that my contract is cancelled cause they didnt send me [URL Removed] month end they deduct R237, your assistance in this regard is highly appreciated
