I have actually stopped going to the Centurion Ground Floor store because of the constant bad / lack of service I receive there. Previously I gave in my phone to be fixed. It came back, still not fixed and the complaints written on the paper were none of the things I said. Somehow they mixed up mine and someone else's. I have complained about this, but no feedback more than three months later.
I did a migrate last week and had to pick up an additional sim card once it was activated. I went to the Centurion store yesterday because I was in the area. I waited in the queue for over 30 minutes while some staff were sitting doing seemingly nothing, others were on lunch, some were walking up and down, while the queue got longer and longer. Eventually when I finally got to the front, fuming already, the guy told me you have to get the sim from the store you did the migrate. 30 mins of standing in a queue wasted because your communication isn't clear. If it had been 5 minutes, which it would've been if everyone was doing what they were supposed to, I wouldn't be so upset. Needless to say, that was definitely my final trip to the Centurion Vodacom Shop.
