Blackberry BIS network

I could not send a message on BBM and any other sort of network now almost for a week, I paid for this kind of service, I want to know if Vodacom will refund me and the whole BIS community the days we could not use our Blackberries as I think it is FAIR to do that. And then I want to know, when will this issue be sorted??? My EDGE is still on edge.
