I booked in my phone for repairs for the third time in a matter of months for the same problems on the 12 Dec 2013 at the cell c shop in canal walk (next to edgars) i requested a different handset as i think it is unfair that i have to continuously bring my phone in for repairs the gentlemen that assisted me told me that he will get the admin lady to give me a call the very next day, a week goes by and still nothing so i called in to find out whats happening with regards to my phone and all i am told is that the phone has been booked in at the repair center. today i called in to find out whats happening and they cant even assist me as with the reference number that they smsed to me. i just think this is terrible service and unfair that my phone is more at the repair center. but i still have to pay my monthly subscription and warranty will still remains the same.
