I am very disappointed with the mtn customer service department. I as a customer should not be calling u to find out about a problem with your system. I understand that mistakes happen as computers and phones are not 100percent reliable however not informing your customers about problems is not a good way to do business. When you are looking at your monthly reports please note that i am not a number on your spreadsheet, i am a human being with a life and i cannot waste my time on a call about a problem on your side. A simple sms could have prevented me from wasting my money on a service i thought i was getting but clearly not. In future let the people who you claim to be your customers aware of problems within the system. It is a common courtesy
