AS A VERY LONG TIME CUSTOMER OF MFC I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO MAKE AN ARRANGMENT WITH THEM FOR PAYMENT SINCE LAST YEAR.
A LADY CALLED LISLE STEWART FINALLY STARTED ASSISTING ME IN DECEMBER. WE HAVE BEEN ARRANGING ALL PAYMENTS AND I THOUGHT I WAS BEEING ASSISTED. WITH MY GREAT SHOCK MFC DEDUCTED MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT YESTERDAY THAT WAS NOT PART OF THE ARRANGEMENT.
HOW DO YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. I THINK IT IS TERRIBLE.
IF THIS IS THEY WAY THEY HANDLE THEIR CUSTOMERS THAT ARE HONEST AND TRY TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WHEN ONE HAVE SOME MONEY PROBLEMS I DON'T THINK ANYBODY SHOULD FINANCE WITH THEM.
EVERYONE HAS MONEY PROBLEMS NOW AND THEN AND AT LEAST I DID NOT JUST NOT PAY, I CONTACTED THEM AND TRIED TO DO MY BEST TO RESOLVE THE MATTER, BUT THEY TREATED ME LIKE THEY DON'T WANT ME AS A CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER AGAIN DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE VERY VERY UNWILLING TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS.
