Goodday,

This is the third instance in as many months that the connection to the Internet was lost, where the customer had to call to ascertain the problem.

The last instance of Thursday, 5 September 2013, the system was not available for more than three days & the Supplier did not have the decency to SMS the customer to advise that the system was experiencing problems.

It is easy to forward the customer the monthly invoice for payment, but too onerous to advise immediately when problems are experienced with the system.
