It was unfortunate In the past few months I was in contact with A/F on a house and motor vehicle claim. To date my problems have not been resolved.
What amazes me is that A/F staff cares more for the the supplier and defends them as they are the customer. I live in the house were the problem is and what I say to them is" like by the way"! Your claims department looks at reports from your suppliers and not us as customers who encounters the daily problems.
I have my car claims - instead of resolving the problem quickly and A/F not encountering higher cost on car hire for me they dont even push the suppiler for completion timiously. Does your staff worry about cost!!!
The service provided to me by your Cape Town team is shocking and sad.!
Do you you value me as a customer and the imput that we give to your company seriously.
I now sit with a situation that certain products and services will be exculeded from my policy. If the inistial problem was rectified I would not request you company to adderss the exact same problem.
I do hope this opens the eyes at people at the top!!! DOES YOUR STAFF LOOK AT THE WELL BEING OF YOUR COMPANY!
