Here we are again.
FIRSTLY, do not try to explain fair usage & throttling, i am well aware of the concepts and your policies.
NOW, the Internet accessibility on my side is extremely poor.
I have done tests and according to a continuous ping almost every 5th data packet is dropped. According to a tracert test, my connection is running at 1500ms to over 2200ms.
Please fix this.
I cannot continue to phone call centres and speak to non IT staff who dont understand technical terms and who fail to understand that throttling doesnt mean a line will function at less than 50kbps as opposed to the 256kbps
I trust the matter will be resolved shortly.
Should you require proof of the above mentioned tests, i have proof.
This is not the first time i am complaining about this problem.
It was somehow fixed approx two months ago and here we are again.
