Unacceptable Service

5 Months ago, I went to Vodaworld to activate a limit block on 2 data contracts, the agent mentioned that it will not be accurate, however did activate a limit for me to be R50 more than my contract, 3 out of the 4 months I was charged a amount which was within the limit set, however Last month and this month, the amounts exceeds the limit by R1300 and R500 respectively, When I called the call centre to understand what is going on with the service, they mentioned that the limit was activeed on the cell number for calls, I mentioned to the agent that this is a data contract not a cell contract and when I activated the limit the Agent mentioned it will not exceed R50 more than my general bill, then the call centre agent backtracked and said it is activated on the data line but not accurate, then she said that there is no service for restrict data usage. Clearly, this service is available has it was activated 5 months ago, when I requested to speak to their supervisor as the agent did not understand my query, to which I have been told that they are all busy and will call me back.
