This has become ridiculous. WebAfrica has been throttling us for months despite complaints. And recently I found out that their system has been double counting the data we use, yes they take what we use and double it, as I can see in our detailed usage summary. Support only give me the generic response of "We'll look into it", and then come up with varying BS explanations, contradicting each other, and in the end are excuses for not actually solving my problem.
On top of that, they say they're throttling me, despite my minimal data usage, only when their network is struggling with the load, WHICH IS PERMANENTLY! If you have a sub quality network, and have to throttle home users so drastically who barely download anything and pay R500 bucks a month for it, you're sadly mistaken. Shape up or its time to move. Sadly I'm in IT and used to recommend WebAfrica to clients, but that's all changed now. You're just 'throttling' away any new clients. :-/
