So, I ordered 2 laptops from cellc, they promised delivery by the 14th of Feb latest, when i phoned on the 14th. the laptops wasnt even in stock yet. Long story short, i cancelled the contracts and had to write a letter of cancellation for the 2 simcards as they were delivered early.
So i phoned cell c to confirm on the 27th of March and they told me i have 4 active contracts. my 2 cell c phone contracts and 2 data cards. I ask them to phone me before the debit order goes off. Of course no one does and on saturday my account gets debited with the extra contracts.
I am highly of at Cell C. The customer service, obviously they dont give a about their customers. I am putting a stop order on all my Cell C contracts until i get this resolved. Its no use phoning the customer call center. Its a waste of time. I am sick and tired.
You know i have never complained about the horrible signal at home where most nights i cant even receive phonecalls or the fact when you guys ran the competition i called in because my points werent stacking. How you fixed that was just simply removing me from the sms list. You guys are in breach of contract. Resolve this BS now.
