Received computer generated invoice from Axxess ISP, Paid amount, but still service was discontinued. No response from Call Centre. This happens frequently of late. When asked to be refunded told it will take 2 weeks from some Axxess spokesperson. Is AXXESS going bankrupt? If not then why inconsistent invoices, discontinuation of service even when paid and no active call centre and delays in refunds? I want my money refunded since I have no active agreement with them for the money that I have paid.
