At the end of October axxess decided to change their debit order date without any notification. After compalining they promised to refund the unpaid debit order fees and then promply proceeded with another unauthorised debit order. After 2 weeks the problem was still not sorted out... no refunds, no explanations. Axxess then decided that they would suspend my account (once again without any notification.)
After speaking to Justine on the phone she agreed that I should pay the balance minus what they owed me, which i did. Apparently this was not enough as once again they tried to debit my account for money that was already paid to them. Three days ago i emailed to complain and of course I am still waiting for a response.
Maybe axxess should spend more money on staff training instead of bigger offices.
