Dear Cell C

I had a 12 months data contract with cell c and when my contract was over i cancelled it but instead my contract status was set to suspended. WHY IS THIS? I wanted to apply for a new contract and i am unable to.

This is very frustrating, can you please sort this out asap. This is truly an appalling service.
