I have a data contract with Cell C which expired about a year ago. Earlier this year I wanted to upgrade this data contract to a new package, but was told I can't. I need to cancel the old one and take out a new one.
So I filled in the cancellation form and it was sent through to. I'm still being debited for that contract. 3 months later, I went to Cell C Sandton City, and was told to fill in the cancellation form again. I did and it was sent through. Still being debited for that contract, almost 4 months after I initially cancelled it.
Can we please get this sorted ASAP? And I want a refund for the last 4 debits.
