Confused and pathetic

Hi

we have had our account with Autopage for most likely 15 years. I have now requested to move from Autopage to MTN, and 4 weeks later we still not able to do so due to Autopage that have their details WRONG on there system.

I am Claudia Smith and is the owner of the number and pay the account, the account was taken out in my mother name Ria O'Reilly, and we have tried to move it over to my name since 2010.

For some reason your system reflects Ria Smith (know how you got that right) and therefore no ID book can be produced for a person like that.

Even better is, I cannot get a reference number out of Autopage.

Where to from here??? Ombudman??
