a Few weeks ago, we applied to my Husbands account Jean-Pierre Manie Maritz to connect my father and mother nr's to it, 0734272899 & 0732271790 (no new phones), we have done R100.00 top up contract on both and each one had to be connected to BIS for Blackberry Services... Well the R100.00 contract has been applied, but are we still waiting for the BIS to be activated on both nr's. This is more or less 6/7 weeks now, and is this absolutely unacceptable... Kindly sort this with immediate effect.
