WHAT THE IS GOING ON???

Absolutely irate. And all Altech can say is "so sorry" "I apoligoise" I am so sick of hearing those words and nothing gets done:
This is the SMS I have just received:

Contact 011 650 4124 - Dear Altech Autopage Customer. Your ban returned your debit order of R352.17 as unpaid. please make immediate payment to avoid suspension and an additional R49 reconnection fee. ABSA 4053721108. Branch 537155 Ref 762908241.

I have been a customer, unfortunately of Autopage for over 3 years and my debit orders have been coming off the same account timeously. I called in and spoke to Miriam at Credit Control last month to confirm my banking details as I was told that account was changed to "CASH" (without my acknowledgment). NOW, they say the money was returned. What a lot of rubbish!!

SORT THIS OUT!!! AND DO NOT CHARGE ME R49 AND DO NOT DISCONNECT THE PHONE. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT WE HAVE COMPLAINED ON HELLO [URL Removed] FOR THE SAME PROBLEM.

I AM SICK AND TIRED OF DEALING WITH PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY MONTH IN AND MONTH OUT, DAY IN AND DAY OUT. MY LIFE DOES NOT REVOLVE AROUNT AUTOPAGE.
