A internet dongle was purchased from Makro Woodmead for R1999 with 2GB data per month for 24 months. Only the December data was automatically loaded?!
On 17 January 2013 we had to buy prepaid data and AGAIN on 27 February.
When we started investigating this issue through the contact centre, we where told that it was loaded and allocated, however, it was the 2GB that WE LOADED?!?!?!?!
Now, 7 calls and countless minutes on the phone, we still have had NO JOY!!!
How difficult can it be to automatically load 2GB data at the beginning of each month?! I have personally been with MTN and Vodacom for years and NEVER have I come across such incompetence!!! Nobody seem to know what to do?!
