A topup contract of R100 is signed with Cell C and this includes R115 of airtime and sms's and a Blackberry phone. The BIS service has to be activated on a monthly basis and cost R57.Twice now they deducted a lot more than R100 from my bank acc. The explanation was that I activated recurring BIS but nowhere was it stipulated that this will not come from the airtime. And nowhere did I grant permission to deduct more than the agreed R100.The officials can not explain where they got permission or where it is stipulated that recurring BIS is additional cost.
