Vodacom over-deducted around R1700 on the 25th March from my account and i spoke to customer care and they advised somone from their hello peter team will contact me and till today NO Contact to advise what is happening. I want my money as this has caused financial implications with my debit orders and NOBODY at VODACOM seems to care, it will be change to Vodacom but this is a lot of money to me. I am at LOSS and do not know what else to do...
