On the website, there is a specific deal which i am interested, but when i click on the "i want this deal" tab and fill out my details for them to phone me regarding the deal, it just never happens. I got fed up and went to one of the stores. The details they gave me about the deal i want, is A LOT different to the ones on the website. So, is this a lack of staff knowing the available deals? or just cell c doing their marketing wrong on their website???
