TERRIBLE SERVICE - MTN

In December, I thought it best to treat myself to another phone and opted for the Samsung mini S3. We went to Clearwater mall and were sent from pillar to post by both MTN shops (Which is also a long story, as we were told to wait in Clearwater mall until we can pick up the phone, only to find at 3 o'clock the afternoon that nothing has been done after being told someone will phone us!!! Needless to say, we were there from 9 o'clock the morning). After all this, we had to drive through to Northgate to pick up both phones there. FINALLY the branch manager assisted us, after being treated horribly at first... and we had to complain to get service again. My fiance is a new client, I just upgraded from a previous contract. I took a topup 200. Which means, I would pay only R 299 per month. ONLY TO FIND THAT AN AMOUNT OF R490 has been deducted from my account this month! Someone better phone me back, or this will turn into a legal action! - FED UP!
