Bad Customer Service at CellC Northgate/Clearwate

I was informed that I was due for an upgrade on my contract so I went in to Cell C at Northgate and was told that there was no stock of the 2 phones I am interested in. I asked the salesman if it was possible to find out from other outlets (Cresta/Clearwater) if they had stock of the phone available. He walked over to the manager on duty who I then overheard saying "No! Tell the guy he needs to leave his details and we'll order for him." Not good. They have always checked in the past. Fine. I left my name and phone number after I was informed that they will have stock by Wednesday (11/9/13). I called to check in that Wednesday. No answer. Not Northgate/Cresta/Clearwater, nothing.

I called NG again on Sunday and was told "No, we don't have stock. We were cleared out this weekend" implying that they received stock and I was never informed. After calling Cresta and Clearwater at least 4 times each I finally got Clearwater on the line.

Me: "Hi do you have the Galaxy S4 or Xperia Z in stock? "
Lady: "No, we don't"
Me: "Do you know when you will have? "
Lady: "No"
Me: "Ok, thank..."
*call cuts*

I was really hoping Alan Knot-Craig wouldn't turn Cell C into another Vodacom.
