I have a huge issue with the service I have been getting from mtn clear water mall staff on the 13/09/2013 I took my phone a Sony xperia t for repairs at Clearwater mall because I opened my contract there and it is closer to where I work I was told I would get my phone back in two weeks which would be on the 25th sebtember.went back to mtn my phone was not yet back from repairs I was told to call hvc I did call and I was told my phone is still awaiting spare parts and the phone will be returned the following week still I waited on the 7th of October I called hvc and they said my phone was returned to Clearwater on the 4th and no one called me I went back to Clearwater and the store was closed for renovations and will be opened on the 26. I called hvc again this was for the third time they said THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHERE MY PHONE IS. i MUST WAIT FOR THE RENOVATIONS OR I MUST GO CHECK AT CRESTA OR 14 AVENUE MY CONCERN NOW IS NO ONE KNOWS WHERE MY PHONE IS AND IT SEEMS LIKE NONE OF THOSE EMPLOYEES I HAVE TLKD TO ARE WILLING TO HELP ME AND IM TRULLY UPSET ABOUT THE WHOLE THINGCOME MONTH END MONEY WILL BE TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT just wana cancel the contract wt mtn n u cn keep ur phone
