I purchased a phone from Telkom direct @ Clearwater mall and eline the sales person messed up my contract
and made me run around for the fone finally I get the phone with no slip o details on the package and only to find out the phone is faulty so I took it back on the 7th day and their say their cant do nothing cause I don't have a slip and their manager and eline are not in so their only can book it in for repairs and I have to wait 2 weeks so I called the manager and he said he cant do anything I have 2 wait 2 days for eline 2 come back 2 work.i think this I terrible customer service and the manager fail to assist and im a new customer and I am very upset cause his staff made a mistake and now im felt with no phone and no one phones me to let me know whats happening
