We have a cellphone contract with Cell C and we are due for an upgrade. We went to the Cell C store at the Ridge in Shallcross. At The CELL C store I was informed that we are unable to do an upgrade because a cancellation letter was sent through on 9 January 2013. The contract will terminate on 4 May 2013 and the number will be moved to prepaid on 4 May 2013, further I was told nothing can be done until the 4 May 2013. This letter in question was never sent by me of my wife.

I phoned 140, waited for 15 minutes before Nomvula took the call. That alone speaks of how inefficient the staff is. The matter was unable to be resolved.

In my opinion a bunch of inefficient, illiterate people work at Cell C. One can never receive any joy calling 140, therefore I have to resort to this website.
