Cell C
Wrongful deletion of cellphone numbe

I had a cellphone contract with Cell C account.
In January 2013, I upgraded my contract & was informed by the sales consultant that my first instalment will be due by the end of February & would include apportioned costs for the old contract.
I was later informed by Cell C's call centre that I must pay R578.00 for the February instalment, which includes the apportioned costs for the old contract, which I paid by EFT.
I was in shock when on the 10th of May 2013, my cellphone number was deleted from the Cell C Network and I was be listed on ITC, for failure to pay the same R578.00!
I submitted a letter of complaint to Cell C's on 15 May 2013, & have not had the courtesy of a response.
I have phoned their legal department constantly, only to have the phone dropped in my ear.
On 10 September 2013, a consultant named Justin phoned me and admitted that they made a mistake by allocating my payment to a wrong account, & I haven't heard from him since.
I then resubmitted on 11 September, & still have not have the courtesy of a response, or even an acknowledgement of receipt.
Needless to say, I am still unable to use neither the sim-card not the handset.
