Is this the only way to get service?

It is really sad that this is the only way to get service from cellc. I had a previous account problem which has been resolved and name/status cleared with your legal department. I decided to upgrade both 0847337677 and 0843918183, your stores around durban did not have stock of the handsets i required.i am still waiting for them to contact me. 2 weeks have past. I called your call centre Cell C Direct, on the 22 July 2013, spoke to a guy from the upgrade department, he tried to assist but said that i was on legal status, he said that he would investigate and call me back, i never called. Today, 25 July 2013 i called Cell C Direct, whom informed me that 0847337677 had been put on prepaid on the 24 July 2013. At the beginning of June 2013 i sent through a cancellation letter, when calling CellC customer service fromto ask if the letter had been received, they said that no such letter had been received. I did not resend as i have decided to upgrade both my numbers. I am having endless problems and need urgent assistance.
