I had a cell c contract for 2 years and in this 2 years I had endless problems with them. first my line gets cut for a 5cents, then for a 25cents and then for a R2.50. every time I had to go stand in a line at a bank to pay the monies before my line can be activated again. so in April 2013 I went to cancel the contract and moved it to prepaid as it was due to end the 2 year period in May 2013. I refused to upgrade due to all the problems I have experienced in the passed 2 years.
so yesterday I receive a letter through the post saying I owe cell c R149.50 and that I have been handed over to the lawyers due to non-responsive. I never received any letters from them and now I am handed over to the lawyers?
I have had enough with this cell c. the contract was closed on 5 May 2013 and you guys told me that I will only have to pay my monthly instalment and then its done. now, 5 months later I get this letter from some lawyers.
no, this is not going to be left like this. cell c will either clear my name or I'm taking things further. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
THANK I CHANGED TO VODACOM AND AM CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING NO PROBLEMS WITH MY CONTRACT AT ALL.
