Customers not valued at Virgin Mobile

I have been a customer of VM for many, many years. Phoned for a phone upgrade today, not even a contract upgrade, they refuse. Apparently I didn't pass the "test" and now I need to mail through all sorts of documentation. I have never defaulted on payment through all my years with them and this is how I get treated. Its amazing that I didn't pass their test, but I have 3 current contracts with another Network Provider. Maybe it is time to take my loyalty and business elsewhere. Thanks VM, I will be cancelling my contract with you shorthly, as apparently you have so many customers, losing one won't make much difference to you.
