Incorrect Billing and bad service

On the 2/02/2013 my Sim Card got and it calls were made up to the amount of R1430.00 which was deducted on the 25/02/2013 and i called autopage call centre of which they did confirm that the Sim was suspended.

Suddenly when i get my statements for the month of march the amount of R538.00 was deducted and the initial amount that is supposed to be deducted is R249.00.

What makes this worse is that i have not used the sim card since it got lost and only did the sim swop on the 18 march 2013, when i called they told that they will look at it and get back to me that was on the 20/03/201 (ref: A1303255667) spoke to Keisha whom did confirm that they have erroneously deducted an extra amount on my account.

then on the 27 i called again as they was never a return call back to my query made and this time i spoke to Thami (ref: A130327562) whom she told me that the amount of R253.80 was from the calls that i have made but surprisingly i have not use the Sim card since it was and never mad any calls.

Up until today i'm still waiting for Autopage to reply back to me with my query, the amount R253.80 was deducted... why???
