Autopage (REF: A1305281174) deducted R356.68 on the 25 may 2013 instead of R256.00, as per out initial contract agreement and when i enquired on the 28 may 2013 i was informed by a lady named keisha that the extra R100.00 was for the Micro-sim card that i have purchased.but surprisingly i bought the Microsim card at autopage store in Maponya Mall for R120.00.So really i do not know why my account was debited an extra amount.

Not stunned by their action, they said that my query will be resolved within 7 working days and i has been 22 days and no reply regarding my query. How is that for customer service!!!

Really can't wait to my contract to end, i had enough of autopage ridiculous attitude towards their customers as it seems im not the only victim of bad service.
