I HAVE SENT VODACOM LEGAL DEPT. 4 E MAILS SINCE 28 FEB 2013.
ALL TO DO WITH SIMPLY GETTING A SIMCARD TRANSFERRED INTO MY NAME FROM MY LATE HUSBAND'S NAME.
THE CONTRACT EXPIRED. THEY DID NOT WANT TO RENEW IT, WHICH IS FINE. ALL I WANTED WAS JUST THE PAY AS YOU GO. IT NEED NOT TAKE 4 E MAILS, WHICH INDICATED "READ". MYSELF AND THE EXECUTOR OF MY LATE HUSBANDS ESTATE, HANDED IN ALL MY RICA REQUIREMENTS (CERTIFIED) UNDER A LETTERHEAD FROM THE EXECUTOR AND MY ATTORNEY'S LETTER GIVING INSTRUCTION TO VODACOM, IN FEBRUARY AT GATEWAY, UMHLANGA CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER.
AFTER ALL THIS I DO NOT WANT THE NUMBER ANYMORE.
I ALSO THIS MONTH DID NOT PAY THIS ACCOUNT AS IT IS SUCH A MISSION TO GO INTO A STANDARBANK BANK TO PAY IT.
I ALSO DON'T SEE WHY VODACOM INSISTS ON A MONTH'S CANCELLATION - THE CONTRACT OF 24 MONTHS WAS UP IN FEBRUARY 2013. MY HUSBAND PASSED AWAY - HE CAN'T CANCEL THE CONTRACT, HIM BEING DEAD IS AN AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION I WOULD THINK!
AND TO DATE I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A BILL VIA POST OR E MAIL.
VODACOM NEED TO SEND ME A BILL SO THAT I CAN FORWARD IT TO THE EXECUTOR OF THE ESTATE.

I AM VERY DISAPOINTED WITH VODACOM.
