Billed for unknown calls made

Hi I lost my sim card last year july, and I called in to autopage to report the lost sim card and ask them if i could block the sim for it had been lost and anyone could just use to it to make free calls. After I supposedly 'blocked' the sim i received a statement from autopage and they had billed me for calls made in july 2012 of a cost that came to R1800 just for one month. Ever since then I had stop paying them.

I found out the calls history made for that month, and I dialled the number, a african lady picked up which i do not know, thereafter I found out the location of the calls made to, and that was in the Northern Cape. I do not know anyone in the northern cape, this seems strange to me and I do not speak zulu or sotho. I would appreciate any help from autopage but they refuse, all they say is I have to pay the amount due and that's it.

Now I am listed as a bad account holder for not paying. But I refuse to pay for something I did not do. I will pay the amount outstanding of the account from which I suppose to pay but not the extra R1800
If there is any person in Autopage that could help me, I would really appreciate it.
