I upgraded my cellphone contract last week Monday, the rep told me when I upgraded that they do have the requested cellhone in stock and delivery should be within 2 to 7 days.
I phoned in again on Thursday 28 March to find out the status and I was told that my order was not yet invoiced and I was put on reserved, the repo told me I would get my delivery this week.
I phoned in again on Monday 2 April and I was told by the first rep that they are of stock and would only receive stock on Thursday. I was transferred to the second rep which told me that they now have 1 in stock.
This is pathetic service and I still don't know when I will get my phone, why do everyone always have to struggle with a service provider and scream before getting help and service???
