Incorrect product received

I ordered an Acer Aspire E5 with the features below:
Device features:

oIntel Core i5-3210 Processor
o4GB RAM, 750GB HDD, Windows 8
oDVD SM, Wi-Fi, HD Webcam
o15.6" HD CrystalBrite LED/Webcam

Please know i had repeated the features to the salesman i spoke to. Instead i received an Aspire E1 something, 2GB ram, 320GB HDD. I called the call centre this morning and they said i should go to the Vodashop. Went to Vodacom 4U shop, where i was told to go Customer Care. Told them my dilemma and they said the call centre shouldnt have told me that. Then i was told there was a 60 minute waiting time period.

There is no other Acer with different features online, yet somehow you guys got it wrong. Now, my lunch time having passed already, im supposed to wait another hour or come back after 4pm when its not busy. You are at fault yet i should be inconveneienced.

Im not pleased, yet again.
