VODACOM REFUSES TO SORT OUT BILLING ISSUE

I have had this problem with Vodacom for over a year now and they just refuse to sort this problem out. Vodacom removed a call limit, which I insisted on for a reason, and without any notification ans I ended up with a bill 4 times the call limit and they just don't care. They have now handed me over to Jacobs Burnard and Associates and Kaylee Tree is just as unhelpful. I have made settlement offer twice now which they have refused and yet the interest just keeps getting added. Where is there any justice left for consumers as this is not my fault and I find this very unfair. I have previous reports on Hello Peter regarding this matter and nothing gets sorted out!!! This cell no in question here, belongs to someone else now and has for a long time! With all the interest and legal fees I now owe R 3 235-69. I offered a settlement of R 1 300-00 and they refused my offer again! Once again this is negligence on Vodacoms side, not mine!!!
