On the 6th of February2013 I logged a complaint with cell c with a wrong cellphone that was send to me which cell c eventually collected. Since they collected the cellphone I have been waiting for the correct one, but cell c is deducting money from my bank account. Cell c does not respond to my requests as to why they are deducting money from my bank account as I don't owe them anything. The last time I contacted cell c was on 02 April 2013 cell c responded that someone called sisa will be contacting me. Nobody contacted me ever since.
