Someone please make an effort to contact us

I have tried on numerous occasions to get hold of our account manager with no success.
I have phoned other departments at MWeb and they have tried to get hold of our account manager also with no success. We have received a bill from MWeb now and are still dissatisfied with the service.
1. I am supposed to have premier support. - I don't get any support, which is a breach of agreement.
2. I was given an account username and password when the router was installed (2134) - This username and password was for another account owned by "Welcome JENNIFER! " This is not my account!
3. I have requested for my correct account user details and ended up with 3 account numbers - No one has bothered to give me the passwords. What is the point of an account without a password?
4. Our lines are supposedly managed by MWeb and not Telkom. - These lines cut service at least once per day.
5. Our trial period is up and no one has come to pick up the router. - After I have requested that the service does not work for us and for someone to cancel this contract by month end, it still hasn't been done. We are prepared to pay for the bandwidth usage anything over the trial period but nothing furthe
