The last couple months, the service by the above mention company is getting worst by the week.dropped Internet service is okay because all the companies's staff say is sorry.that does not do it for me anymore.i leave messages for managers and directors to call me back but never does.
i think this industry has being left too long for Internet service providers and government to do something about honest people's money.(sorry does not paid my bills or reflect credits on clients bills) we as client's must shut up and pay, or don't get service.
