Over the past couple of months Afrihost customers have been on the receiving end of a service that has gone from exceptional to down right appalling. Since Afrihost "enhanced" their network pure internet joy has turned into pure internet frustration. You can send e-mails after e-mail, there is no reply. If you call the call desk after holding on for some time they simply tell you that they are aware of the authentication issues and tell you that they don't know how long it will take to resolve. Afrihost can't even update the status on their website to reflect that they have major problems. Network status permanently reflects - Fully Operational. Afrihost, I am not sure what is going on with your service and how you have gone from a company with a fantastic service ethic to such a shambles, but please sort your network and service out. Not sure if you don't care anymore but you are busy destroying your reputation. I regret voting for you as the best ISP.
