Afrihost Support is the worst EVER

IT has been over a week now and i am still waiting for a supervisor to call me back with regards to my situation that occurred on Wednesday last week during working hours.

I run an online business an my adsl went out at lunch time during month end, and huge transfers taking place.

Afrihost could not be bothered in helping. After waiting 42min for the first incompetent support person who said they will call me back, but never did. Second time i waited 52min to not be answered at all. with the pathetic voice saying that they are pure internet joy, how about pure internet.

I was called 4 days later by an agent, which was quite hilarious, asking if she could help with my coinnection problem? i said i wanted to speak to a manager or supervisor, this was now a week ago, and no calls back

MR GIAN, your Staff are USELESS and UN-knowledgeable and lack any communication skills, our adsl line is however not this case and runs pretty well, except over the past 2 weeks.

I want my account credited for all the time wasted on trying to contact you, and my lost business and revenue caused by your useless staff and attitude towards clients who spend alot of money with your company.
